UNISON at the Forum 4 November 2016

Living Wage Week takes place each year during the first week of November. UNISON’s Norwich City and Norfolk County Branches are promoting this at The Forum, Millennium Plain on Friday 4th November 2016 between 09:30am to 3:00pm

UNISON want to raise awareness of the need for a real Living Wage that meets the cost of living and celebrate responsible employers that commit to ensuring their staff earn a wage they can live on.

If you are in Norwich on Friday please pop into The Forum and find out what 2016’s rate will be.

The new independently-calculated UK and London Living Wage rates are announced every year on the Monday of Living Wage Week.  The UK rate is announced simultaneously in cities around the country whilst the London rate is announced by the Mayor of London.

The week is a UK-wide celebration of the Living Wage movement.

The week sees employers all across the country celebrating their role in the movement publicly too.
